This non-alcoholic rum is the fruit of over 3 years of research. After experimenting with ginger, green molasses and roasted pineapple peel to achieve a funkier Jamaican style, our team settled on the balance of this spicy version, which relies more on the spirit of sugar cane and the warmth of a summer on the beach provided by cinnamon, allspice and cardamom.

Well-balanced, the illusion with cola or mixed in cocktails is total. Tasted on its own (and ideally on its own), the warmth of its spices is reminiscent of alcohol.
