Sacha-ish Chili Miso Condiment is developed in collaboration with Pay Chen. Pay is Taiwanese-Canadian, and Sacha-ish is inspired in part by her some of her favourite food memories of hot pot where dipping sauces like shāchá jiàng were always a feature at the dinner table.
