HOT HONEY

The local bees partnered with lacto fermented Scotch Bonnets to bring the perfect balance between sweet and spicy with this delectable hot honey. Drizzle it on your cheese and charcuterie platter, or over a plate of fried chicken and cornbread!

Will my honey crystallize? Think of crystallization as nature’s way of saying "this is the real deal." This transformation is a hallmark of purity, proving that all the beneficial enzymes and authentic floral notes are still perfectly intact.

If you happen to prefer your honey in its liquid "liquid gold" state, simply give your jar a cozy warm water bath and stir gently until it clears. To keep it liquid longer, store your honey in a warm cupboard rather than a chilly pantry or fridge. Embrace the change—it’s just our honey’s way of showing off its unprocessed, hive-to-bottle integrity.
