The man behind the flavour.  All recipes are crafted by legendary Canadian chef, restaurateur and Emmy-nominated executive producer, Matty Matheson. Best known for his restaurants, New York Times’ best selling cookbooks, his hit tv show, The Bear and now, pantry staples. You could’ve obviously used olive oil and lemon juice but we mixed it together for you. This is the perfect oil vinegar sauce to dip, drink, pour it all over your Italian lettuces. My wife’s Italian, go figure.
