We wrote this book series to inspire your young children, ages 4 to 10, to embrace Mother Nature in all her beauty and enjoy her many adventures.
The idea for The Adventures of Kaboose, the Rocky Mountain Bear, came from my oldest granddaughter, Kyra, her cousins Leland, Bailey, Cooper, and her sister, Kaitlyn.
The "K" in Kaboose is for Kyra.
As you'll soon see, Kyra's cousins and sister have chosen their characters in this book series, too.
The series is written in a spirit designed to motivate your little ones to create their outdoor recreational adventures with you, their siblings, cousins, grandparents, friends, and the community.
We wish you to have as much fun as we did living the unique experiences that inspired our writing.
