For lovers of bitter products and the famous Campari, our red-hued Italian bitters are in the Italian tradition of aperitifs and the characteristic bitterness of gentian and quinine bark. 

Made on a base of grapefruit and orange for freshness, its complex taste is rounded off by notes of gentian root and warm spices. Ideal as an aperitif, it can also be enjoyed quietly at the end of the evening, and is the basis for a large number of classics. In fact, it goes wonderfully well with our alcohol-free red vermouth. Add a little acidity to bring out the taste of fresh grapefruit.
