This bar was developed in collaboration with Eclipse Coffee Roasters, a specialty coffee roaster based in the beautiful mountain town of Canmore, Alberta.

The flavour notes of our 70% craft dark chocolate made from our Costa Rican cocoa beans (honey, vanilla, toffee) blend in beautifully with Eclipse Coffee's Vintage Blend Espresso beans, which have notes of caramel and a bold flavour with a lingering aftertaste.
