
Peanut POW-er Balls
No-bake peanut POW-er balls, what's not to like... unless you have a peanut allergy, in which case probably alot. Packed full of natural energy and nutrient dense ingredients ready to fuel your days on the slopes.
These are Vegan, Gluten-Free, Dairy Free, Oil Free, Bake Free and ready in 10 minutes.
These are inspired by the iconic 'RAW Engery' recipe book published in the 80's, by eightylicious mother and daughter duo leslie and susannah kenton. Their refrigerator cookies were a staple of our childhood, and we have reinvted them with some 21st century additions.

I N G R E D I E N T S
1/2 Cup mixed almonds and cashews (you can use your favourite nut combo)
1 Cup rolled oats
3 Tbsp Peanut Butter
Handful of raisins
Handful of dates (pitted)
1 Tbsp Cacao powder
2 Tbsp Honey
1 Tsp Vanilla Essence
1 Tsp Cinnamon
I N G R E D I E N T S
1/2 Cup mixed almonds and cashews (you can use your favourite nut combo)
1 Cup rolled oats
3 Tbsp Peanut Butter
Handful of raisins
Handful of dates (pitted)
1 Tbsp Cacao powder
2 Tbsp Honey
1 Tsp Vanilla Essence
1 Tsp Cinnamon
M E T H O D
- Blitz the nuts in a food processor, once finely chopped add the dates and raisins.
- When well chopped add the peanut butter, honey, vanilla and spices, combine well.
- Lastly add your rolled oats and Cacao powder, blend once more.
- Form the mixture into balls (add a little water if needed).
- Place in the refrigerator until firm.
- Enjoy pre, post or during your next pow session... or just at home with your favourite herbal tea (or wine).
